The Highlands County Sheriff's Office is the central clearinghouse for regional arrests, cataloging detainees in public jail booking logs. Thus, to view recent Highlands County arrests, one may request these logs from the Sheriff's Office or review the active inmate roster online.

However, if an arrest never resulted in custodial detention, the Sheriff will likely not have any associated administrative booking records unless HCSO deputies made the arrest.
